We’re looking for a new team member, who will be working as client account manager, together with another CAM (job-sharing) to:

• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience

• be in contact with clients for account queries, payments etc.

• support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties

• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like

• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

• research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with

• carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
