**What we are looking for**
At InterContinental Sapporo, our Back Office team plays a vital role in supporting smooth hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking motivated individuals for various administrative roles including Finance, HR, Sales Admin, and Telephone Operator. Whether you have experience or are eager to develop skills in hospitality administration, we welcome your application.

**What we need from you**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Students or Interns are welcome to apply
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, databases)
Motivated to learn how to work in a fast-paced environment (pre-opening experience)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Basic Conversational Japanese and English at least is necessary
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays (for some roles)
