This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their practical experience and get involved across all stages of diverse and meaningful projects.
You’ll have the chance to work on everything from beautifully sensitive heritage sites to new-build commercial and bespoke residential designs—all in a supportive and flexible team environment, this is a great opportunity if you are looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of projects across RIBA Stages 0–7Produce concept designs, drawings, and 3D visualsSupport the preparation of planning and building regulation applicationsContribute to technical detailing and specification workAttend site visits, client meetings, and design reviewsCollaborate closely with senior team members and consultantsStay informed on materials, construction methods, and regulatory changesYou’ll need:
A Part 2 qualification and hands-on UK practice experienceConfidence working on various project types and RIBA stagesStrong communication and organisational skillsProficiency in Revit is preferred, AutoCAD will be considered
