Rapidly expanding, offering a diverse range of engineering and design services. With an impressive portfolio of projects both locally and internationally, across Architecture, Building Surveying, Electrical, Project Management, Structural, Civils, and Sustainability.

The opportunity would suit a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a newly qualified Architect looking for an opportunity with a growing discipline.

The Role:
Assisting the Architect from start to finish across all RIBA stages, managing the overall design process within the RIBA work stagesCo-ordinating a design team, working with Product Designers in-house and external construction professionalsComplete site visits to check on progress and budgetLiaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule The Candidate:
Relevant Architectural degreeProficiency in Revit would be an advantageGood working knowledge of UK building regulationsClient focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong technical abilitiesThe ability / willingness to deliver projects.An up-to-date knowledge of planning stage processes and methodsDriving licence and access to a car (due to the location there is no public transport links)
