Duties include but are not limited to:• Process payments and track inquiries using computer systems including the following tasks: o Reconciling vendor statements, regional revenue and attendance and track for vendor inquires.• Review and/or approve all regional P-cards purchases o Monitor regional purchases for reasonableness of price/purchase o Advise facilities when an item needs to be inventoried• Assist the regional Contract Management Specialist with procurement. o Process receiving reports • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications There are no Civil Service minimum qualifications.See 'Additional Comments' for preferred qualifications and operating needs.
