Parking Enforcement Attendant - Ballantyne Job Details Job Location Ballantyne - Charlotte, NC Salary Range $15.00 Hourly Description Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing and motivated Parking Enforcement Attendant to join our Charlotte team in Ballantyne. The Parking Enforcement Attendant ensures compliance with parking regulations by monitoring designated areas, issues citations, and provides assistance to customers. This is a position where you will be walking the various parking lots/structures during the duration of the shift. Primary Responsibilities: + Monitor designated areas to monitor compliance with parking regulations + Issue citations or warnings to vehicles in violation of parking rules + Report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles + Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with parking-related concerns + Maintain accurate records of citations issued and incidents encountered Requirements: + Strong customer service experience is a MUST. + Ability to communicate professionally and effectively + Excellent interpersonal skills + This position requires being on your feet for the majority of the shift. + Must be able to walk between and throughout multiple parking areas to conduct enforcement duties. + Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. + Must be comfortable working independently while patrolling lots on foot.
