The Parking Enforcement Attendant ensures compliance with parking regulations by monitoring designated areas, issues citations, and provides assistance to customers. Primary Responsibilities: + Monitor designated areas to monitor compliance with parking regulations + Issue citations or warnings to vehicles in violation of parking rules + Report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles + Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with parking-related concerns + Maintain accurate records of citations issued and incidents encountered Requirements: + Strong customer service experience + Ability to communicate professionally and effectively + Excellent interpersonal skills
