Parking and Valet Attendant Team Lead FT Evenings
The Parking Attendant/Valet Supervisor will coordinate and maintain oversite of daily parking operations and collaborate with the Parking Administrator to ensure all requirements are maintained.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

Two years of parking attendant & valet experience

Skills

Verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skills, as required to balance cash receiptsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to drive manual transmission (stick)Knowledge of record-keeping procedures and practicesKnowledge of personnel policies and procedures

Licensures, Certifications

Valid Driver’s license which must be maintained throughout employmentCPR Certification within 90 days of employment that must be maintained throughout employment

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods standing, sitting, and walkingOccasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds

Working Conditions

Work is performed inside attendant booth in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat.

As a condition of continued employment, employee must maintain current active status of all required licensures, competencies, and certifications

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·Facilitates smooth and efficient operation of the assigned parking garage, lot, or facility

Prepares daily reports and logs, documenting shift operations and any problems or complaintsCourteously handles customer inquiries, complaints, and problemsEnsures that ticketing machines are loaded and operationalVisually inspects all areas of the garage for safety and maintenance concernsPerforms other related duties as assigned

Pay Range

$16.85 - $25.59

Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
