Moss Adams Wealth Advisors provides collaborative wealth management strategies and financial planning services to build, manage, and preserve net worth.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Collects, validates, and analyzes financial dataInputs data into financial planning software and the develops of initial planning recommendationsAssists with ongoing portfolio monitoring and account maintenanceInteracts with other team members and departments to coordinate the delivery of service to clientsProvides ongoing support of client relationships, handles day-to-day client requests and issuesProvides efficient and accurate year-end tax information to CPAsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field required1 year of wealth management and investment advisory experience preferredExperience in a public accounting or professional services firm environment preferredInsurance knowledge preferredSeries 65 preferred and/or willing to obtain within180 days of hireExperience with CRM, portfolio accounting, rebalancing and or financial planning software preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skillsAbility to work on multiple projects at once while consistently completing projects on time and with few revisionsUnderstands firm’s wealth management processAbility to function as part of a regional teamAbility to think critically, take initiative and problem-solveAbility to comfortably maintain poise and diplomacy amongst both client and company personnel
