A well-established, fiduciary-focused wealth management firm with several hundred million dollars under management is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join its collaborative and client-centered team. Key Responsibilities
+ Schedule client meetings and gather financial data for entry into planning software.
+ Communicate with clients clearly, promptly, and with sensitivity to their schedules.
+ Enter client data into financial planning programs and spreadsheets.
+ Maintain complete, organized, and secure client records.
+ Document progress and update tasks in the firm’s CRM system.
+ Prepare updated financial plans in advance of meetings and review strategies with advisors.
+ Research client-specific issues and present findings to the team.
+ Manage multiple client plans simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
+ Support the planning team in achieving annual planning goals.
+ Help develop, document, and maintain financial planning procedures.
+ Collaborate with clients, advisors, and external professionals as needed.
+ Participate in special projects, such as researching best practices or regulatory updates.
+ Provide a variety of administrative and planning support to advisors.

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial planning or services, or relevant academic coursework toward a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro preferred).
+ Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs.
+ Professional, positive, and collaborative demeanor.
+ Trustworthy with confidential information.
+ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
