Are you a skilled paramedic with leadership experience and a passion for making a difference? UPMC Wellsboro is looking for a Paramedic Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional emergency care.

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

As a Paramedic Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in both patient care and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

Advanced Emergency Care: Provide high-quality care as the lead medic on an ALS vehicle. Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the MTS Division during your shift and conduct annual evaluations for assigned crew members. Safe Vehicle Operation: Ensure the safe and professional use of corporate vehicles. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with ATS Coordinators, EMS Resources Managers, and other key stakeholders. Training & Development: Create and implement training programs and continuing education for staff. Public Safety Liaison: Build strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and public safety entities. Professionalism & Communication: Promote a culture of excellence and streamline communication across MTS, ATS, and Starflight teams.
