Position Summary: Under supervision of physician/NP, PA, charge nurse/registered nurse, and according to established policies and procedures, the Paramedic performs a variety of technical skills and patient care activities for acute and sub-acute patients as assigned and directed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. License: Must have advanced emergency medical technician classes and be currently licensed in the State of Michigan as a paramedic. Certification: Must be BCLS and ACLS certified. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Years of Experience: Prefer experience as an A-EMT or in emergency services in a clinical setting.
