Your Impact

Support/undertake general legal research and consultations.Draft assessments on legal questions concerning audit oversight and financial market law.Draft correspondence with oversight authorities.Assess reporting obligation and prepare registration/reporting documentation towards Swiss and foreign authorities and supervisory organizations.Monitor internal registration processes.Support the team in general administrative tasks.

Your Skill Set

Paralegal or degree in law (lic.iur / BLaw/ MLaw).Used to working in a very structured and precise manner, even under time pressure.Team-oriented, responsible, and flexible personality who promotes innovative approaches.Excellent German and English skills.
