Overview Paralegal – Commercial & Compliance (EMEA) Location: Wroclaw / Remote Poland About the Role We are looking for a multilingual Paralegal with experience in commercial contracts, legal and regulatory matters to join our dynamic Legal team at a fast-growing global SaaS company. This role will support our legal function in the EMEA region, with a particular focus on commercial agreements, legal and regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, able to prioritise effectively and exercise initiative. Must be well organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global tech environment. Key Responsibilities Review and draft a variety of commercial business to business (B2B) contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, order forms, vendor agreements and contract amendments. Assist with EMEA legal and regulatory compliance matters, including GDPR, UK GDPR, DORA and the EU AI Act. Provide assistance with EMEA dispute resolution matters as required. Assist with updating templates, playbooks, and guidance documents and translation thereof. Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may affect operations or product offerings in the EMEA region and conduct legal research on the same. Provide general legal support to a busy team of 7 EMEA based lawyers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law or law student status, or equivalent legal qualification in a common law or civil law jurisdiction. 2–4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a tech, SaaS, multinational company, or IT law-specialized law firm. Multilingual (English, German and/or French required). Strong experience with commercial B2B contracts and comfortable reviewing legal documents independently. Knowledge and experience with EMEA privacy and data protection laws (e.g. EU GDPR, ePrivacy and UK GDPR). Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills. Experience using Salesforce CRM platform, and legal tools such as CLM systems, DocuSign, OneTrust, SharePoint, (preferred). Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities with a proactive, business-focused mindset. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
