Description We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm to recruit an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in transactional matters. This position will provide support in the areas of corporate law, M& A, finance, commercial real estate, and business transactions. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to trust or title work providing administrative support in a professional office environment.
