A law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in Tampa, 33626. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Starting pay is up to $65,000.00 + benefits

About the law firm: This is a small law firm with 2 attorneys and 10 employees. The firm is established and stable caseload. After serving the Tampa Bar area for over 15 years the law firm is focused on Civil Litigation matters as they relate to Plaintiff Personal Injury; auto accidents, slip & fall, dog bites, and medical malpractice. Employment Law; ERISA, FMLA disputes, wages, labor, wrongful termination, etc. Workers’ Compensation: MMI, Injured on the Job, Disability Payments, etc.

About the position: We are seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury claims. Duties will include supporting a busy litigation attorney preparing legal documents, preparing legal documents, scheduling & calendering.

Minimum Requirements
Must have 3+ years of civil litigation experience
Know how to E-File (Florida)
Must have federal E-Filing experience
