Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Collections Paralegal for a full-service firm in Southwest Austin. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal with experience in general civil litigation. Prior exposure to Homeowners Association (HOA) matters is a strong plus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and recognition-driven firm. Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents, including foreclosure pleadings and correspondenceReview and revise legal forms for accuracy and completenessCalculate and verify delinquent amounts owedConduct legal research to support case developmentElectronically file and serve legal documentsMaintain and update case information in a case management databaseCommunicate professionally with homeowners, clients, and client representativesCollaborate with attorneys and service providers to coordinate collection effortsInput client and case data into the firm's case management softwareRecord billable time daily in the firm's billing system

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on civil litigationStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressureExcellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuationCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretionBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusExperience with Homeowners Association (HOA) assessment collections is a plus
