**Our client, a leader in the consumer goods and industrial products sector, is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join their team.** As a Trademark Paralegal, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting global brand protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Onsite – CT, Rocky Hill
**Pay Range:**
$35.00 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Manage and maintain a global trademark database and docket of deadlines
+ Prepare and file trademark applications, renewals, assignments, and recordals
+ Monitor brand usage and coordinate enforcement efforts for potential infringement
+ Support internal teams with trademark clearance, usage guidance, and compliance initiatives
+ Coordinate with outside counsel on trademark filings, disputes, and budget matters
**What’s Needed?**
+ 2+ years of experience in trademark portfolio management or related paralegal role
+ Knowledge of USPTO processes and global trademark filing procedures
+ Strong communication skills and ability to support cross-functional teams
+ Experience with docketing systems and legal documentation
+ Ability to manage deadlines and organize complex information efficiently
