Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team on a Part-time, Contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting real estate acquisition projects, including title and survey reviews, as well as preparing for closings. If you have expertise in commercial real estate and are licensed in the relevant jurisdictions, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough title and survey reviews to identify and resolve potential issues. • Prepare and manage documentation for real estate closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support acquisition processes. • Verify and analyze legal documents related to real estate transactions. • Research and interpret state and federal regulations pertaining to property acquisitions. • Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. • Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence. • Communicate with external parties, including title companies, surveyors, and clients. • Ensure adherence to deadlines and project timelines. • Utilize expertise in commercial real estate to provide informed recommendations.
