Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected personal injury law firm in Walnut Creek seeking a skilled contract-to-hire Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to work on complex, high-value cases alongside experienced trial attorneys. Key Responsibilities + Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests + Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, and jury instructions + Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy + Summarize depositions, medical records, and expert reports + Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings + Provide end-to-end litigation support from pre-trial through verdict Requirements + Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff-side practice + Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and trial preparation + Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems + Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail + Ability to work hybrid in Walnut Creek (onsite presence required 3 days a week) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
