Description Job Title: Paralegal – In-Person Location: White Plains, NY Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully In-Person)- 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $30/ hour About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis in White Plains, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has experience across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities: Document Production & Organization + Draft, format, and organize legal documents across various practice areas + Maintain accurate and accessible filing systems Trusts & Estates (T& E) + Assist in preparing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents + Support attorneys in estate administration tasks Real Estate Law + Prepare transactional documents for purchases and sales + Draft closing statements using Excel + Coordinate with clients and third parties to ensure smooth closings Business Law + Assist in forming LLCs and corporations + Prepare and organize stock certificates, escrow agreements, and related documents Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience across the listed practice areas + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel + Strong organizational and communication skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities + Paralegal certification preferred but not required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
