Description Robert Half is partnering with a local law firm in the Portland, Oregon area to identify a Estate Planning Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.. Location: Downtown Portland Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour Duration: 6+ month contract, potential for contract to hire! Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, On-site Responsibilities: + Conduct thorough discovery processes by gathering, organizing, and reviewing relevant documentation. + Monitor and maintain compliance with current estate planning laws and regulations as applicable to drafting work. + Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts. + Research and prepare deeds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Requirements + 3+ YOE as a Paralegal in Oregon + Proven experience in Estate Planning (Huge plus!) The salary range for this position is $30-35/hr.
