Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Coconut Grove, Florida. This role focuses on managing both residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, providing critical legal support throughout the process. As this is a Contract-to-permanent position, it offers an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth. Responsibilities: • Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including closings and title examinations. • Prepare and review lease agreements, summaries, and conveyance documentation. • Conduct title searches, lien searches, and order title commitments. • Draft and manage loan agreements, corporate legal documents, and escrow agreements. • Process disbursement of closing proceeds and ensure accuracy of financial documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processes. • Utilize software such as DoubleTime, Qualia, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks efficiently. • Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations throughout all transactions. • Provide detailed summaries and documentation for real estate agreements. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on real estate transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized real estate software such as DoubleTime and Qualia. • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate processes, including title examinations and lien searches. • Experience preparing and reviewing leases, loan agreements, and corporate legal documents. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex transactions. • Ability to work onsite in Coconut Grove, Florida. • Familiarity with escrow agreements and disbursement procedures. • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
