Responsibilities: • Facilitate all aspects of residential real estate closings, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes. • Prepare and review closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions. • Maintain and organize title documentation and related records. • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process. • Deliver exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing clear communication. • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain high-quality standards. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal. • Strong knowledge of closing procedures and title documentation. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication abilities and a client-focused approach. • Proven capacity to work effectively under deadlines in a high-pressure environment. • Familiarity with pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes. • Proficiency in managing closing packages and related documentation.
