Description This high profile family law firm is searching for a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join their boutique family law firm in Dallas, Texas. This permanent role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in client communication, and is adept at managing complex legal tasks. Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents relevant to the practice of Family Law including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence. • Communicate with clients in a detail-oriented and empathetic manner to provide updates and gather necessary information. • Manage attorneys’ schedules, including docketing deadlines, court appearances, and client meetings. • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files to ensure easy accessibility and proper documentation. • Assist in trial preparation, including creating hearing binders and compiling evidence. • Conduct legal research and gather case-related information to support attorneys during litigation. • Coordinate with opposing counsel, court staff, and other legal professionals to manage case progress. • Ensure compliance with filing requirements by utilizing e-filing systems and legal software effectively.
