Description Are you an experienced litigation paralegal with advanced skills in handling complex legal processes? Robert Half is seeking a Complex Litigation Paralegal for our client. Our client, a highly regarded and dynamic organization, is seeking a Complex Litigation Paralegal to assist with their demanding litigation caseload. This opportunity offers the ability to work on high-profile cases while utilizing specialized skills in federal court practices, discovery management, and legal research. Responsibilities: + Prepare pleadings and legal documents, including state, federal, and appellate filings, in compliance with Blue Book rules; conduct formatting, cite-checking, and proofreading. + Assist in the preparation and organization of exhibits for legal proceedings. + Collect, analyze, and organize facts, evidence, and relevant documentation to support litigation or motion practice. + Handle discovery requests and responses, oversee document reviews and productions, including tasks like bates-stamping, redactions, production logs, and e-discovery processes. + Communicate directly with clients and class members to gather and relay critical information. + Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining a paperless document management system, scanning, filing, e-filing, mailing, service of pleadings, and calendaring deadlines. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum of 3 years as a litigation paralegal, with demonstrated expertise in complex legal concepts and terminology. + In-depth understanding of federal court rules, procedures, and e-filing systems (ECF). Ability to adapt to jurisdiction-specific rules and platforms. + Strong experience in discovery and legal software tools such as E-Discovery platforms and Legal Files. + Skilled in utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw for legal research. + Significant experience with cite-checking and proofreading legal documents. + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. + Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism. + Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure deadlines are met accurately.
