Description Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mass Tort Paralegal to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities: + Manage and organize case files, including pleadings, discovery, and medical records. + Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in the litigation process. + Draft and prepare legal documents, including correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and trial exhibits. + Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents. + Assist attorneys with case preparation, including preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials. + Maintain case calendars and track deadlines. + Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case development. + Coordinate with experts and consultants. + Assist with the administration of mass tort cases, including coordinating with co-counsel and participating in multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings. + Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. + Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in mass tort litigation. + Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures related to civil litigation and mass torts. + Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. + Experience with case management software. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and medical records Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
