And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** **As a corporate Paralegal in the Legal Litigation Department, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the litigation team performing at a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will be responsible for performing various paralegal tasks in connection with a range of challenging duties under limited supervision.** **As a Paralegal for the Litigation Team, you will:** + Provide Paralegal support to various litigation attorneys in managing a docket of discrete matters related to retail and PBM disputes, which include managing all aspects of the discovery process and independently joining forces with teams across the enterprise to request and analyze data that may be relevant to litigation, class actions and arbitrations; as well as issuing legal holds. + Autonomously manage and respond to third-party subpoenas and government inquires. + Assist with Real Estate lease responses related to common area maintenance (CAM) concerns, to include collaborating with lease administration and finance team to reconcile payment disputes under default notices. + Collaborate with other business areas to facilitate various PCW reporting functions, including creating effective demonstratives to reflect such reporting. + Coordinate special projects as well as manage clinical updates with limited direction. **Required Qualifications** + 4+ years of legal litigation experience or equivalent work experience. + 4+ years of investigative and research experience or equivalent work experience. + Expertise with MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint for presentations. **Preferred Qualifications** + Demonstrate excellent communication skills and judgment along with great organizational skills in managing large litigation matters. + Knowledge of state and federal court systems. + Experience coordinating multiple projects independently. **Education** + Paralegal certificate required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $32.69 - $65.36 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
