Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. Provide paralegal and administrative support to Honeywell’s Advanced Materials Strategic Business Group and the corporate Centers of Excellence for Litigation and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE). Key Responsibilities + Perform various case management and other related tasks at direction of attorney + Support information gathering and document collection for responding to subpoenas and document requests and for preparation of regulatory filings + Manage legal files and docketing + Prepare and issue legal holds + Review and distribute service of process and related legal documents/communications + Support outside counsel retention processes and procedures + Support legal department vendors and Honeywell Finance with legal billing processes + Support M&A due diligence + Prepare KPIs, metrics, and reporting as needed by the Legal Department and other stakeholders, including internal and external auditors + Ensure functional compliance to corporate policy and legal department guidelines + Support ad hoc special projects and initiatives WE VALUE + Knowledge of compliance laws of various countries + High attention to detail + Organizational & time management skill + Customer focused & skilled relationship builder + Ability to excel within a matrixed and multi-national organizational + Excellent written & oral communication skills + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
