The Welfare and Self-Reliance (WSR) Department is seeking a dedicated Humanitarian and Self-Reliance Manager to join its team in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This permanent, full-time position reports to the Area Humanitarian WSR Manager and the WSR Regional Manager for Australia and PNG. The successful candidate will support the Church’s mission to care for the poor and needy, foster self-reliance, and promote service. 

This hybrid role also involves overseeing humanitarian projects, representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Charities, and building partnerships with local and national organizations. The manager will work closely with Area Seventies, Stake and Ward leaders, and Mission Presidents to ensure effective delivery of services and alignment with Church priorities.
