The person in this role is integral to the overall success of the Paper Mill as well as the Somerset Mill and is a key member of the management team.

 

Job Specifications/Requirements:

Leadership responsibilities for three Paper Machine departments, Coating & Additives and Finishing & Shipping Areas of accountability include safety, quality, production, and cost Develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities of the paper mill organization Member of the Somerset Mill’s Leadership Team (MLT)

 

Preferred:

Experience in pulp mill operations Experience in working with printers and/or with the final customer

 

Entry Requirements:

Education – Engineering degree preferred Extensive expertise in coated papermaking operations Demonstrated track record in exceeding performance standards with continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, production, and total product cost Demonstrated ability in the area of communications and team building Demonstrated ability developing employee capability
