The hotel showcases over 130k square footage of event space along with four unique restaurants and bars, featuring an award winning European fine dining experience and an island-inspired hideaway.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of garde manger experience within a hotel setting. Seeking someone who is reliable and works efficiently.

Shift Pattern: variable with typical shift times between 6am-3:30pm, weekend/holiday availability required

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Pantry Cook, you would be responsible for assisting and preparing food for the kitchen team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSet up and perform preparation work for food items including, but not limited to, soups, sauces, salads, etc.\nStock and maintain designated food stations(s)\nMaintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times\nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations\n
