Panther Services Assistant

Are you organized, reliable, and enjoy helping others? Pitt-Bradford is seeking a Panther Services Assistant to support key campus services with professionalism and care.

This part-time, benefits-eligible position (10–20 hours/week, year-round) places you at the center of campus operations, offering hands-on experience in customer service, logistics, and event support.

What You'll Do:

Accept, sort, and distribute mail and packages for students, faculty, and staffCoordinate outgoing mail and shipping logisticsProvide excellent customer service and support for Conference ServicesAssist with the Panther ID Center and other Auxiliary Services (such as camps and conferences) as needed

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50/h


Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, 12 months a year

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretionBasic computer proficiency (e.g., email, data entry, Microsoft Office)Ability to lift and move packages (up to 25 lbs) as part of daily responsibilitiesPrior experience in mail services, customer service, or campus operations is a plusMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamHigh School diploma or GED
