Panel Administrator Specialist
IQVIA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Panel Administrator Specialist** to oversee the daily operations of our field-based Data Collection team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data collection through strong relationships with healthcare professionals and efficient project coordination. **Key Responsibilities** + Identify and recruit physicians and primary healthcare professionals to participate in data collection initiatives. + Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals. + Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA, representing the company in a professional and positive manner. + Conduct interviews in the local language to gather primary data. + Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on ongoing projects and studies. + Serve as the main internal point of contact for healthcare professional queries + Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and time tracking. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, speed, and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent (required) + 1–2 years of experience in Primary Market Research (required) + Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills **Why Join IQVIA?** At IQVIA, you’ll be part of a global team that’s driving healthcare forward.
