Job Description Insight Global is seeking a PAM SME to join one of Calgary's largest oil and gas companies to assist with privileged access management architecture and best practices. This is a remote 5 month contract working on MST hours. The individual will work with the cyber team, active directory team and managed services providers. This role requires an architect to assess the current identity and access management landscape, identify integration gaps between IGA and PAM systems, and lead the design and implementation of end-to-end processes for provisioning and deprovisioning privileged accountsensuring systems are no longer siloed and access is managed securely and consistently. Skills and Requirements - 58 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or similar. - Strong understanding of end-to-end PAM processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and service account management. - Experience designing PAM architecture and workflows, including integration with IGA tools like SailPoint. - Skilled in defining technical requirements and writing PAM standards and best practices. - Familiar with service account tiering and Active Directory integration.
