In this night shift role, Palletizer Operator operates equipment in the central palletizer area, which includes automatic palletizers, stretch wrappers, pallet conveyors, cimpacks, and an ATL system.  Responsible for the removal and proper placement of boxes that meet the company's standards for shipment while maintaining the equipment full of necessary supplies.

 

Authority to question and take appropriate measures regarding the safety of themselves, other employees, products, and equipment.Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.Operates different equipment in the auto-palletizer room from auto-palletizers, pallet conveyors, case conveyance systems, transfer cars, stretch wraps, cimpacks, and ATL's systems. Responsible to perform end-of-run process at the end of each PO and combining partial pallets to introduce them to the pallet conveyor system.Maintains the area clean, organized, fully stacked, and audit-ready while following guidelines of 5s and OAC.About McCain
