Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred1 to 2 years or more in fast-paced Warehouse environment preferred
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the maintenance trades
Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs
Able to stand and be on feet for up to 8 hours
Ability to follow direction and work independently
Operate power scrubbers and sweepers
Read and understand labels on chemicals
Demonstrate ability to solve routine problems
Ability to walk, climb, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, punch, pull, and do related physical activities in performing janitorial work
Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Responsibilities Warehouse Maintenance and SanitationClean warehouse with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standardsRemove all refuse from office and building daily, ensuring that trash cans are empty and cleanClean break rooms and work areaRelocate and adjust office furniture as necessaryEnsure the highest degree of sanitation and housekeepingEnsure that pest control systems are operating effectivelyGrounds MaintenanceMow grass on company propertyKeep company grounds free of litter and debrisSafety, Sanitation, SecurityReport any safety problems to the shift supervisorComply with OSHA and MSDS Standards
Performs other duties as assigned
