Our client, a leader in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Pallet Repair to join their team. As a Pallet Repair, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient repair and maintenance of pallets. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00

What's the Job?

Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition. Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors and management to ensure quality standards are met. Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets company standards. Complete all production paperwork accurately and efficiently.

What's Needed?

Quick hands and a strong attention to detail. Ability to operate air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools safely. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to various situations. High school diploma or GED required; completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred.
