Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pallet Rack Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, dismantling, and repair of pallet racking systems in warehouses and distribution centers. The ideal candidate has experience with hand and power tools, understands warehouse layouts, and is committed to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and install pallet racking systems according to blueprints, layout plans, and manufacturer specifications. Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, and secure racking components. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and building codes. Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. Travel to various job sites as required. Skills and Requirements Comfortable working in both very cold and very hot temperatures. Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials (up to120 lbs). Previous experience in pallet rack installation, construction, or warehouse setup preferred. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
