Job Description:    

Perform painting tasks and operate related equipment including motors, spray guns, and lifting devices, while handling various materials like sealants and paints.Follow detailed work instructions such as Shop Floor Display, TDRs, and diagrams to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.Maintain productivity and safety by monitoring machines, disposing of waste properly, keeping the workspace clean, and prioritizing workplace safety.Communicate and collaborate with team members, order necessary supplies/tools, and support other departmental functions as needed, including working overtime.

Education and Experience Needed:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
