**Job Title: Painter Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Painting Foreman to manage and oversee new construction projects in the Lancaster area. The role involves coordinating project schedules, ordering and mixing paints, preparing job sites, and managing labor teams. **Responsibilities** + Manage and run new construction projects. + Coordinate project schedules and timelines. + Order paints and ensure adequate supplies are available. + Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies. + Prepare job sites for painting, including necessary surface preparation. + Apply paint using spray guns and ensure quality finishes. + Supervise and manage labor teams effectively. **Essential Skills** + Expertise in painting and paint preparation. + Proficiency in using spray guns for painting. + Strong skills in mixing paints and prepping areas. + Experience in scheduling and managing projects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in commercial or residential painting. + Must have experience with spray painting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a full-time position with local work within an hour of Lancaster, focusing on new construction builds.
