Job Purpose To design, roll out, and monitor initiatives for the engagement of the Painter – a key influencer. To work closely with the sales team, especially MDO and PROs to ensure KPI’s about Painter engagement are met Key Accountabilities Design, roll out, and monitor national painter engagement initiatives Engage painters on Pocket-Heart- Mind approach as per SESA guidelines and ensure relationship building sustained over time by winning with painters and gaining painter loyalty Implement regionally aligned painter engagement projects i.e Bandhan under the supervision of Customer Marketing Manager  Identify painter needs through Painter segmentation and develop value proposition for each category of painter Ensure timely and accurate business reporting of Key Performance Indicators of different painter engagement initiatives Monitor purchase trends of painters  to identify areas of opportunity Equip Painters with Enablers/Tools i.e product demonstration tools, product knowledge brochures etc to help them convince consumers Work on painter’s skill building and capability development through trainings to help them in growing their business Ensure accurate painter data base is maintained Ensure effective use of CRM to help building better relationship with painters Liasoning  with vendors  i.e Software houses, banks etc for token (in-can incentive) and painter management tools to ensure smooth operations Responsible for development of training material for Painter Relationship Officer Monitor performance of Painter Relationship Officers (PRO) to ensure business KPIs and met Share best practices at national level. Spend time in market for self and competitor analysis Ensure 100% HSE compliance for all tasks and then ultimately completing annual audits The job holder is directly reporting to the Head of Marketing The job requires the job holder to assist HOM on all parameters regarding the Painter engagement Close linkage is required with the team with constant follow-ups Daily contact with the Sales Trade team and the Sales Housing Team The job holder is to maintain flexibility The job can require him/her to perform tasks that are not clearly defined in the job description but aligned with the need of Decorative Business Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Excellent Communication Demonstrated leadership, team skills and multifunctional skill base  Education BBA/BSC from a reputable institute
