Rate of Pay: £15.83 per hour + performance-based bonus

Weekly Hours: 39 hours
Shift Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll work across a variety of domestic, commercial, and public sector properties, providing both internal and external painting and decorating services. Tasks include:

Preparing walls and surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, minor repairs)

Applying various finishes including emulsion, gloss, and specialist coatings

Erecting and using access equipment (with full training and equipment provided)

Installing temporary screening to protect the surrounding area and ensure safety

Managing paint and materials stock levels, ensuring efficient usage

Keeping tools clean and well-maintained for reuse

Completing work to a high standard, within budget and deadlines

Recording work using smartphone technology, including photos and notes

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years' checkable experience in painting and decorating

Ideally NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or completed time-served apprenticeship

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)
