Job Description

As a Painter at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services throughout the resort, ensuring that all surfaces are beautifully finished and well-maintained. You will work closely with the Engineering team to carry out painting projects, perform touch-ups, and handle maintenance tasks as needed. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to upholding the resort’s aesthetic standards.

QualificationsProven experience as a Painter or in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality or facilities environment.Technical certification or training in painting, coatings, or surface preparation is a plus.Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, surface preparation, and finishing methods.Ability to read and interpret design plans, color schemes, and technical instructions for painting projects.Experience in performing maintenance painting, touch-ups, and repairs in both interior and exterior environments.Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, reaching overhead, and handling painting tools.Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.Fluency in English.
