Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Prep surfaces: scraping, sanding, patching holes, and cleaning walls + Apply primer and paint to interior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim) + Cut-in edges with precision and roll large surface areas evenly + Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking + Follow all safety procedures and use ladders/scaffolding as needed + Clean up job site at the end of each day + Collaborate with team leads and follow project timelines + Maintain a neat and professional work environment **Qualifications:** + 1+ year of professional painting experience (residential or commercial) + Knowledge of painting techniques (cutting in, rolling, priming, etc.) + Ability to prep surfaces properly (patching, sanding, masking) + Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Baltimore + Basic painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, drop cloths, etc.) + Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding + Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions + Must be able to work well independently and on a team + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a basic background check TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
