What We Offer: Pay of $20.00/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan On-the-job training and growth opportunities What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in automotive painting or refinishing (other finishing experience a plus) Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques Ability to operate and maintain spray guns and paint equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE What You’ll Do as a Paint Technician: Sand, mask, and prime vehicles and parts in preparation for painting Mix and apply paints and coatings according to specifications Operate and maintain spray guns and related equipment Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to ensure high-quality finish Perform sanding, buffing, and blending to repair defects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist in all aspects of the Paint Department for skill development Participate in training as needed
