We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Paint Line Production team! In this role, you'll help prep, rack, unload, and band metal parts as they move through the paint process. No paintbrushes—just reliable work and a dependable weekly paycheck.

What You'll Do as a Paint Line Production Worker:

Hang parts on the paint line using racks or hooksRemove painted parts and stack/bundle them for shipmentUse steel banding equipment to secure finished partsWork in a team to handle large itemsKeep your work area clean and safePitch in to clean paint booths, tanks, and hooks when neededReport issues or equipment problems to your team leaderComplete a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous paint line, powder coating, material handling, or manufacturing experiencePhysically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shiftTeam player with a solid attendance recordWilling to follow safety procedures and work with hand tools/equipmentAbility to read a tape measure accurately (measuring test required)Ability to pass a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency
