Paint Line Operator | $18-$24/hr depending on experience. 

Hours: 1st Shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday OT on Fridays as needed

Aventure Staffing is hiring a Paint Line Operator in Laurens, IA focused on hydraulic cylinders  to join their production team . In this role, you’ll prep, paint, and finish components using spray or powder coating systems, ensuring a high-quality finish every time.

Responsibilities:

Prep and hang parts on the paint line Apply coatings using spray or automated equipment Inspect finished parts for quality Maintain paint booth and equipment Follow all safety and quality protocols

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED  Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and safety Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay & Benefits:
