PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop paint manufacturable components with R&D respecting paint capability
• Define tools and consumable required for great production rate of the machine
• Create and maintain the work load capacity record of the machine
• Make and maintain a list of spare parts for preventive maintenance
• Create and maintain an efficient KanBan area for paint components
• Performs activities related to safety
• Monitor and optimize the various production costs as well as the inventory of paint and chemicals. Solve process, health and safety and quality problems using the Six Sigma methodology. Ensure the maintenance of the basins of the various pre-treatments and paint basins.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by his superior
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• (50% English & Spanish), both oral and written.
• Bachelor degree: Chemical or Industrial
• Use of advance knowledge in E-coat paint process
• Use of advance knowledge in Wastewater treatment
• Experience in CAD with 3D software (Catia) as a plus
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Material Flow, KanBAn, 7 Wasters, FMEA, DFM
