🌟 How you will thrive and create an impact

Lead Paid Social Strategy: Design and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.Own Campaign Execution: From audience targeting to budget pacing and creative mapping—you’ll manage it all.Drive Performance Optimization: Use A/B testing, analytics, and platform insights to continuously improve results.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Creative, Analytics, and Content Strategy to align on goals and deliverables.Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor platform updates, test new ad formats, and explore emerging channels.

🧠 What you’ll bring

Medior level experience in paid social advertising or performance marketing.Mastery of Social Media Ads/Campaign Manager platforms, e.g. Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Excel.Deep understanding of paid media KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and attribution models.Experience with lifecycle targeting, creative testing, and multi-channel alignment.Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, B2B demand gen, or full-funnel strategies.
